By commissioning or receiving art or designs by me you automatically agree to all terms listed below.

- I have the right to refuse a commission without a given reason.
- I will not start the commission until you pay me in full.
- I do not give refunds for commissions unless I am unable to complete your order, in which case I will notify you and a full refund will be sent.
- My prices are subject to change at any time.
- All payments will be made through PayPal.

- Please credit me for any artwork or design of mine that you receive. Credit goes to my Toyhouse account.
- I have the right to use any commissioned artworks I have made as art examples (ex. portfolios, posts, promotional use)
- You may use any art you have received from me for non-commercial purposes! (profile pictures, printing for personal decorations, desktop wallpapers, etc.)
- Please do not heavily edit or add to my works (coloring in line-art I have made, modifying the characters to have completely different features, etc.). Minor edits are allowed.
- Do not use any of my works for offensive or hateful content.
- Please do not take heavy inspiration from my art or designs.
- I do not allow 'breedables' adopts of my designs to be made.
- You may resell, gift, or trade my designs however you please. However, please do not sell them for a higher price you obtained them for unless you have commissioned art of them.

Note:
- I only take PayPal USD.
- All prices listed are base prices. I may increase the price based on the complexity of your characters or order.
- If you want me to draw in a certain style that you've seen in my artworks before, let me know!
- If you need me to finish a drawing/design by a certain date, you must let me know first and foremost so I can make sure if I am able to complete it by then!
- My turnaround time is currently about 1-3 months, depending on what was ordered and my current availability. Please keep this in mind when ordering!
